ご予約完了からお届けまでの日数

予約・受注生産品のため、ご予約可能期間終了後に製作に入ります。
そのため、お届けはご予約可能期間終了日より2〜6ヶ月後となります。
製作状況によりお届けが遅れる場合にはメール等で随時ご連絡させていただきます。
配送日のご指定は不可とさせていただきます。

午前中・14時～16時・16時～18時・18時～20時・19時～21時

いずれかの時間帯をご指定いただけます。
ただし、 時間帯をご指定された場合でも、配送地域、天候、交通事情等により、ご希望通りの時間にお届けできない場合もございます。予めご了承ください。

[同梱不可]
「RESERVE TOKY」にてご予約いただいた商品について、複数件のご注文の同梱はお断りいたします。
また、TOKYサイトでご購入いただいた商品との同梱も不可となります。

キャンセルについて

受注生産につき、お客様都合によるご予約後のキャンセル、返品交換は一切承っておりません。
ご入金後にキャンセルされた場合でも、ご返金はいたしかねますので予めご了承ください。 よくご検討いただいた上でご注文頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

届いた商品が破損・不良品・品違いしていた場合

商品がお手元に届きましたら、ご注文内容と商品に間違いがないか、破損がないか等、すぐにお荷物のご確認をお願いいたします。

・商品がご注文と異なる場合

上記に該当する場合、すぐに返品または交換いたしますので、商品到着後2日以内にメールかお電話でご連絡の上、７日以内にご返送下さい。送料はTOKYが負担させて頂きます。

※代替品のない商品、在庫のない商品は返品・ご返金させていただきます。ご了承くださいませ。

転売目的でのご購入はお断りしております

当店の商品の転売行為を目的としたご注文に関しましては全てお断りをさせていただいております。

オークションサイトやフリーマーケットサイトへ出品された、もしくはされると当方が判断した場合は、予告なく商品のご注文の全てをキャンセル対応させていただく場合もございます。また、一度に大量の購入をされたお客様にはご連絡をさせていただく場合もございます。

複数の会員登録によるご利用はお断りしております。
販売数量に制限を設けている商品を、複数のログインIDを用い大量に購入する等の疑いがあると合理的に判断した場合には、商品の販売をお断りする場合がございます。

サイトに掲載しております全ての情報・画像の著作権はTOKYにあり、無断転載や二次利用は禁じさせていただきます。

ご予約確定タイミングについて

当店ではご注文から3営業日以内にスタッフがご注文を確認し、「ご注文確認メール」をお送りしております。
ご注文完了時の自動配信メールではなく、スタッフがご入金確認後にお送りするご注文確認メールの送信をもって、ご予約確定とさせていただきます。

ご注文後3営業日以内にメールが届かない場合は、システムエラー等により当店側でご注文をお受けできていない場合がございます。お手数ですが当店までご連絡をお願いいたします。

また、ご注文を正常にお受けできていない場合には、再度ご注文お手続きをいただけますようお願いいたします。

The Days between Completed Reservation and Delivery

For reservations and built-to-order products, we will begin production after the reservation booking period has ended.
For that reason, delivery will be 2-6 months from the day the reservation booking period ends. We will contact you as needed if production causes any delays with delivery. We are not able to specify a delivery date.

Cost of shipping to forwarding service sites within Japan varies by district.

We will not bundle multiple products ordered through RESERVE TOKY together.
Also,bundling with products bought on the TOKY site is also not possible.

Cancel

Regarding built-to-order products, we will not take any requests for cancellations, returns, or exchanges after reservation.Even if you cancel after payment, we will be unable to refund it, so please understand. We ask that you order only after careful consideration.

We refuse purchases by resellers

We decline all orders that show intent to resell our products.

In the case that we believe that our products will be, or have been, put up for sale on an auction site or a free market site, we cancel all of those orders without notice. Also, we contact customers ordering a large quantity of products at one time.

We also do not accept the use of multiple member accounts. If we decide that there is a reasonable doubt that multiple login IDs are buying a large quantity of our limited-sale products, we also may refuse to sell those products.

TOKY holds the copyrights to all information and images posted on the site, and their unauthorized copying or reuse is prohibited.

Reservation Timing

Within three business days of receiving an order, our staff will confirm it and send a "Order Confirmation" email. We will confirm your reservation not by the automatically-sent order completed email, but by sending an order confirmation email after our staff confirms payment.

If you do not receive an email within three business days, it is possible that we did not receive your order due to a system error. If this is the case, please contact us.

In the event that we do not receive your order normally, we ask that you please go through the ordering process a second time.
